1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KickCause platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, or the promotion of hate speech and violence.

3. Fees and Payments

KickCause charges a platform fee on donations to cover operational costs. Payment processing fees are deducted directly by our payment processor (Stripe).
